\u00c9douard BOUSQUET is a graduate of the Institute of Business Law (IDA) (DIJCE) and holds a diploma in Corporate Legal Counsel (International Option), a Master’s in Business Law, Accounting and Taxation, as well as a DESS (Dipl\u00f4me d’\u00c9tudes Sup\u00e9rieures Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es) in International Business Law, all obtained from the Faculty of Law in Aix-en-Provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was admitted to the Marseille Bar as a lawyer on January 5, 1998<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2000, he was awarded the prestigious “Laur\u00e9at de la Conf\u00e9rence du Stage,” a highly regarded eloquence competition organized annually by the Marseille Bar. This distinction recognizes the best speaker and grants the honor of representing the Bar externally for one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has served as a member of the Marseille Bar\u2019s Council of the Order and has been a member of the Regional Disciplinary Board and the Fee Committee within the Marseille Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9douard BOUSQUET has taught Business Law for several years at the Institute of Business Law in Aix-en-Provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is one of the founding members of the GBA law firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9douard BOUSQUET has extensive experience in business law, practicing both in advisory services (corporate structuring, drafting complex commercial contracts in various sectors) and in litigation (national and international commercial disputes, business criminal law, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
