Arnaud ABRAM is a graduate of the Institute of Business Law at the Faculty of Law in Aix-en-Provence, where he obtained a Master\u2019s in International Business Law, a postgraduate diploma in Comparative Law, and a Diploma in Corporate Legal Counsel (DJCE) with a specialization in international business affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After gaining experience in Asia as a “contract administrator”<\/em> within a French company specialized in offshore works, he joined the GBA law firm, where he has been a partner since 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arnaud ABRAM advises and supports the firm\u2019s clients in managing and developing their businesses, taking a cross-disciplinary approach in the field of business law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also represents the firm\u2019s clients before all jurisdictions, particularly before commercial and labor courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arnaud has developed expertise and possesses solid experience in business law for companies in difficulty, as well as in intellectual property law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
